Handle with care: All of my work is handmade from glass and inherently fragile. Stained glass art is also made with metal that contains small amounts of lead. Handle lightly and with care. Wash hands after extended handling and before touching your face or mouth.
Cleaning your piece: Buff and polish with a soft microfibre or cotton cloth— no cleaning solutions or liquids neccesary. Do not apply amonia glass cleaners as this can damage the glass and corode the metals.
Remember when your granny would take you shopping with them and say "Look with your eyes, not your hands!"... 👀 Well she was kinda on to something. Keep in mind that this is art, and should not be handled often-- the same way you wouldn't touch an original painting with your bare hands, you also shouldn't touch stained glass art besides during installation. This will ensure that your pieces will last for generations to come! and someday, you'll bring it full circle when you’re a grandparent, reminding little humans (or fur grandbabies?) to look with their eyes.. ;)
